As a Process Engineer, your mission is to deliver excellence through optimised processes and innovative engineering solutions. You will do this by leveraging your expertise to analyse, design, and implement improvements that streamline operations, reduce waste, and elevate product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Run projects from start through to handover, including layout preparation, equipment commissioning, and compiling supporting documentation.
- Use CIP & LEAN principles to identify ways to reduce production costs, improve efficiencies, and yield.
- Compile and manage supporting documentation for all new and existing processes (SOPs, FCs, BOMs, PFMEA, ECRs, ECOs, MCDs, etc.).
- Provide proactive problem‑solving support for recurring production issues, including downtime, performance, and quality issues using techniques such as 5Y, Fishbone, and 8D.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to production leaders.
- Promote the highest health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work closely with inter‑departments (supply chain, production, technical team) to enable continuous improvement of performance & quality KPIs in line with company objectives.
- Manage and deliver NPD activities from concept to production launch, including process design, validation, capacity planning, and handover to operations.
- Run KFA (Key Focus Area) projects aligned with company strategic objectives.
