This role plays a key part in supporting equipment reliability, availability and continuous improvement across the site. You’ll work closely with maintenance technicians, production and engineering teams to keep manufacturing equipment running effectively, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement. The role provides strong engineering support across the business, driving maintenance excellence through equipment upgrades, reliability improvements and best practices. You’ll also work alongside the Maintenance Manager, helping to lead the team, set standards and support ongoing capability development. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their engineering career, take on greater responsibility, and have real influence on how our equipment and processes perform.
