The Role
As an Area Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of school cleaning contracts, ensuring our high standards are maintained across all sites. You will support Site Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives, carry out regular quality inspections, train new employees, and ensure all company procedures are followed. This is a hands-on management role that requires excellent organisation, leadership, and communication skills. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Office Team to ensure contracts are delivered to the highest standards.
