HallMark Veterinary and Compliance Services is seeking an experienced Meat Hygiene Inspector (MHI) to join one of the UK’s largest meat processing facilities in Bristol. This permanent, on-site role offers professional stability and regular hours, with opportunities to contribute to food safety and animal welfare standards.
You will support the Official Veterinarian to uphold regulatory requirements under the Manual of Official Controls and FSA guidance, performing post-mortem inspections.
