We\’re looking for a Studio Mock Up Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of physical and digital samples. You will manage & create a variety of different types of samples for a variety of presentations and customers. Working with Creative, Product and Marketing to showcase our latest / innovative designs, allowing the customer to see a realistic product sample. Your responsibilities will include: Creates highest standard “production quality” samples for both internal and customer presentations – using a variety of methods – Eg: Foil, Emboss, Laser cut Create digital samples for customer submissions Responsible for monitoring e-mail in-box, processing and booking in requests using M365 prioritising workload to ensure all required completion in line with Critical Date Path Coordinating activity, preparing and printing files of daily workload including the delegation of tasks to freelancers through peaks Resource management alongside ERM to plan & book additional resource as demand requires Negotiates with key stakeholders, communicating progress throughout process, escalating where necessary Work with external suppliers to scope out potential to outsource Problem solving – ability to troubleshoot design issues and find creative solutions Maintain mock-up training documents and deliver training Responsible for the maintenance and usage of specialist equipment, such as laser cutter, cutter machine, foiling machine Monitor and ordering of supplies to ensuring mock-up areas are fully stocked at all times and areas are tidy & fit for purpose. Advises best safety practice in Mock-Up area Advises design studio how best to prepare files for sampling and mock-ups. Investigate and develop new techniques in-line with New Product development Work alongside ERM driving cost saving, minimize waste and maximize freelance resource Quality Control by ensuring that all mock-ups/samples are accurate representations of the product and meet quality standards Gather feedback from key stakeholders and team members, and make necessary adjustments to mock-ups To be successful you will need: Technical knowledge of setting files up for print, proficient using Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator & Photoshop, must be able to work with Print ready files and be able to manipulate as necessary – Essential Excellent organization prioritization and communication skills to meet deadlines and plan appropriately – Essential Experience of negotiation, influencing and problem solving – Essential Sense of urgency, able to deal with a level of ambiguity – Essential A meticulous eye for the details, a steady hand and excellent craft skills – Essential A great attitude to continually strive to produce best quality samples – Essential Eagerness to develop yourself & others for the benefit of the business – Essential Time Management – the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines – Essential Experience working with machinery such as Printers, Laser Cutting & Die cutting machines – Desirable Previous experience of working/learning in a creative environment – Desirable Experience working with M365 – Desirable Based at our Dawson Lane site in Bradford, close to key motorway links you’ll be able to take advantage of: Competitive salary 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Health cashback scheme Pension benefit Flexible working opportunities Free onsite parking for when you are in the office A variety of other cultural and lifestyle benefits, aimed at promoting a positive work/life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr
