We’re on the lookout for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team on a fixed term contract — a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves shaping how products come to life in store and enjoys leading others to deliver great retail experiences.

In this role, you’ll lead our team of Visual Merchandisers to turn creative vision and commercial plans into clear, accurate and inspiring store‑level layouts. You’ll champion best practice, improve our systems and processes, and make sure our planograms land “right first time” across all formats and channels.

You’ll work closely with teams across Creative, Product, Marketing, Commercial and wider Operations to bring the Trade Plan to life — keeping everything aligned, efficient, and delivered on time.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Translating ranging strategies and VM principles into brilliant store‑level planograms
  • Influencing fixture and kit design to make shopping easy and enjoyable
  • Creating a “right first time” culture through accurate, high‑quality planograms
  • Improving ways of working by enhancing systems, processes and automation
  • Working closely with Senior Product Managers and Range Managers to ensure all plans follow customer vision
  • Showcasing planograms to customers, using data and insights to bring them to life
  • Acting as the escalation point for all VM activity, including system maintenance and product lifecycle management
  • Leading and developing a team of Visual Merchandisers — building capability, consistency and confidence
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally on visual aids, POS matrices and range builds

This is a brilliant role for someone who loves retail, thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys building strong relationships across teams. You’ll shape how our products appear in store, lead a talented team, and help us keep improving the way we work.

To be successful we’re looking for you to demonstrate:

  • Experience in visual merchandising and/or range building
  • Experience managing a team and balancing multiple workloads
  • Confidence delivering against fixed KPIs and Critical Date Paths
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to keep stakeholders aligned
  • Experience with VM tools (Scorpion, Card Manager, CRM) — or the ability to learn quickly
  • A passion for improving systems, processes and ways of working
  • Confidence using data and insights to guide decisions
  • Ability to stay ahead of retail trends and adapt planning accordingly
  • A positive, proactive and decisive approach

If you’re excited about leading a team, improving how things work, and creating great in‑store experiences for millions of customers, we’d love to hear from you.

Based at our Dawson Lane site in Bradford, close to key motorway links you’ll be able to take advantage of:

  • Flexible working opportunities including working from home opportunities - typically you’ll be in the office 2 days per week
