The ideal person will have/be:
Essential
- At least 3 months experience of working within a customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and an interest in emerging technologies.
- Full, valid driving license (aged 21+ for insurance purposes).
Desirable
- Commitment and appreciation for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for automotive technology.
- Ideally possess a 3rd level qualification (or equivalent).
