We are looking for a leader to manage a multi-disciplined team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused and driven to achieve results.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience of a similar role/level in a service department/workshop environment.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer packages (Kerridge DMS would be advantageous).
  • Full, valid driving licence (aged 21 or over for insurance purposes).

Desirable Criteria

  • Strong technical understanding of modern vehicles.
  • Supervisory or management experience.
