The ideal person will have/be:
- Proven track record of achievement in a busy vehicle sales environment, gained in a franchised dealership at a senior level.
- The ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Experience of customer relationship management.
- Maintain New and Used Stock profiles in keeping with company targets and guidelines.
- A minimum of 2 years’ previous sales management/controller experience would be advantageous.
- Experience of managing and concluding sales negotiations, including second facing by assisting the sales team and strengthening customer confidence.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Full, valid driving licence - aged 21+ for insurance purposes.
