As the successful candidate you will provide accurate advisory and senior administrative support within our busy HR Department and to management throughout The Agnew Group.
All work must be completed with a high level of attention to detail.
You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and managers throughout the group, always ensuring the promotion of a positive image for the Company and Department whilst being able to cope with a high volume of work.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wishes to build their foundation as a comprehensive HR professional with experience across a whole range of HR related tasks.

The ideal person will have/be
- At least 12 months experience of working in an HR Officer role.
- Demonstrable experience in Recruitment administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work and handle all information confidentially.
- To communicate and work with integrity, honesty and openness.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships.
- Previous experience using HR Information System or Applicant Tracking System.
- An understanding of GDPR requirements.
If possible but not essential
- CIPD Level 5 Qualification- Gained already or working towards.
- Full driving licence Be able to demonstrate an ability to engage with and influence managers.
