Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our caring team and elevate dining for our residents. You will work with the Head Chef to craft nutritious, flavourful menus using seasonal ingredients, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety.
You’ll lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, develop innovative menus, and manage stock within budget to delight residents while supporting a healthy, balanced dining experience across our homes.
