The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring sales activity and occupancy fees are met. The role involves managing sales, marketing budgets, spreadsheets, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets. The manager works closely with leadership and the Central Support Marketing team to keep occupancy at full capacity and increase brand awareness within the local community.
