The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our growing team within the Evolve programme. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and implementing digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Evolve programme
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables aligned with business goals
- Coordinate project teams and external vendors to achieve strategic outcomes
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across all levels
- Identify risks, mitigate issues, and manage dependencies across workstreams
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery
- Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and quality assurance standards
- Champion continuous improvement and post-project evaluations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven project management experience within digital transformation.
- Experience of either HR Rostering Platforms OR Financial Billing platforms.
- Experience of Integrations and Data Migrations.
- Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
- Desirable: Experience with cloud technologies and/or API integration
- Background in Healthcare, Social care, or similar regulated industries
