- Assist in delivering personal care, such as bathing, dressing and mobility support, always treating residents with respect and dignity.
- Safely assist in the administration of medication under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Monitor residents' health, including vital signs, and promptly report any changes in their condition.
- Contribute to the development and updating of residents' care plans to ensure personal‑centred care.
- Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and their families, building meaningful connections.
