About the role:
- Lead the development and delivery of Hallmark Luxury Care Homes’ Artificial Intelligence strategy.
- Shape how AI enhances resident experience, supports care delivery, improves operational efficiency, and empowers our teams across all functions.
- Identify and deliver quick wins to build confidence and momentum, while establishing a long-term roadmap for AI and intelligent systems.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with Hallmark’s mission.
- Identify priority areas for AI adoption and create a roadmap balancing short-term wins with long-term transformation.
- Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the value of AI in care.
- Establish clear measures of success for AI initiatives, tracking both financial and non-financial benefits.
- Act as an ambassador for AI across Hallmark, inspiring colleagues at all levels to adopt AI tools.
- Work with the Exec and leadership teams to ensure AI initiatives are embedded.
- Develop policies and frameworks for AI governance, ensuring compliance (legally & ethically).
- Manage external relationships with technology partners, vendors, and advisors.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in leading AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives in a complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, trends, and their practical application in healthcare, hospitality, or related service sectors.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire confidence across senior leaders, frontline teams, and external partners.
- Track record of designing and delivering training programmes that encourage adoption of new tools and ways of working.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- A passion for AI, a passion to work collaboratively, engaging and personable.
