The Opportunity

This is more than a job. It’s a calling. You’ll lead our dedicated dementia community at Maycroft Manor, managing and inspiring a caring team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care. With support from our Head of Relationship Centred Care and Dementia Relationship Practitioner, you’ll champion Hallmark’s award-winning dementia strategy and help shape a vibrant, inclusive environment where residents and families feel valued, supported, and seen. We don’t focus on tasks — we focus on people. And we’re looking for someone who shares that passion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the day-to-day management of the dementia community
  • Embedding Hallmark’s relationship-centred dementia strategy at every level
  • Coaching and developing team members to deliver truly exceptional care
  • Supporting families and helping them become partners in their loved ones’ care
  • Building strong local links and representing Hallmark within the dementia community
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and Hallmark’s quality framework
  • Managing assessments, care planning, audits, recruitment, and compliance

Who You Are

You are a passionate advocate for dementia care, with proven experience in managing dementia services in residential or nursing care settings. You lead with warmth, empathy, and quiet confidence — always looking to raise the bar and inspire those around you.

You’ll also bring:

  • A deep understanding of person-centred and relationship-centred care
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practice in dementia care
  • A proactive, inclusive, and approachable leadership style
