The Role: General Manager As the General Manager , you will be at the helm of Greenhill Manor Care Home, setting the standard for operational excellence, team leadership, and resident satisfaction. Essential qualities and qualifications: Previous experience as a Registered Manager RGN/RMN qualification Proven experience in senior management , ideally in a care home or similar environment Exceptional leadership skills , with a track record of managing large teams Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L accountability In-depth knowledge of CIW requirements and local authority expectations Outstanding organisational and communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care, possess a strong leadership ethos, and have the commercial insight to drive success, we want to hear from you.
