The Role: Our Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring sales activity and occupancy fees are met. If sales, marketing budgets and spreadsheets get you excited, we'd love to hear from you! This role isn't just about KPIs; there is an element of PR, relationship building, and networking involved. Our Customer Relations Manager is actively involved in marketing events to promote their home, supporting management to ensure revenue targets are met and following through on all lead enquiries. There is also an element of building meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with prospective new Residents and/or family members, ensuring we share knowledge and match the most suitable service offerings.
  • Working with existing Residential agreements to ensure the offering remains in line with and exceeds expectations.
  • Engaging with new leads and enquiries, providing a warm and engaging response in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working closely with the Central Support Marketing team, ensuring you represent the Brand and use the tools and assets available and in line with the Corporate marketing strategy.
  • Work towards ensuring the home has full occupancy, working against monthly targets to ensure the home is on track to being full.
  • Generating referrals and interest in the local community, increasing brand awareness to potential new audiences around the luxury offering.
  • Working collaboratively as part of the Homes leadership team.

What We're Looking For:

Experience

  • Background in a B2C sales environment, ideally within care or hospitality.
  • Comfortable delivering a warm, engaging and empathetic sales experience in a high-end or luxury setting.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Confident using spreadsheets, budget trackers and reporting tools, with the ability to spot trends and problem-solve.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, able to engage effectively with residents, families and team members.
  • Understanding of compliance, service quality and the importance of maintaining high standards.
