Customer Relationship Manager (Sales Manager)
- Engaging with prospective new Residents and/or family members, ensuring we are sharing knowledge and matching the most suitable service offerings.
- Working with existing Residential agreements, ensuring the offering remains in line with and exceeds expectations.
- Engaging with new leads and enquiries, providing a warm and engaging response in a timely and professional manner.
- Working closely with the Central Support Marketing team, ensuring you represent the Brand and use the tools and assets available and in line with the Corporate marketing strategy.
- Work towards ensuring the home has full occupancy, working against monthly targets to ensure the home is on track to being full.
- Generating referrals and interest in the local community, increasing brand awareness to potential new audiences around the luxury offering.
- Working collaboratively as part of the Homes leadership team.
What we need from you:
- Experience of working in a B2C sales environment.
- A warm, engaging and empathetic approach to sales in a high-end/luxury service environment.
- Flexibility - We do host open evenings or weekends and/or social events outside of work hours; we would want the right person to be autonomous for owning their role.
- A genuine reason or passion for wanting to work in the Care Home industry and the amazing family culture that brings.
