- Secure, strap, and check loads professionally to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist with loading and unloading the vehicle at the factory and at delivery points.
- Conduct basic vehicle safety checks and keep the Mercedes Sprinter clean and tidy.

What We Are Looking For
- A valid, clean UK Driving Licence (with experience driving commercial vans like a Mercedes Sprinter).
- Flexibility and adaptability: A genuine willingness to get stuck into factory work when you aren't driving.
- A reliable work ethic with a punctual and proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Physical fitness suitable for lifting and loading fabrication components.
- Good communication skills when representing the business in front of customers.
What We Offer
- Excellent work‑life balance: 39 hours condensed entirely into Monday to Thursday, giving you a 3‑day weekend every week.
