They ensure all hospitality and dining experiences are to the highest level and enjoyable for our residents and their families. They are also focused on keeping our health and safety standards high and in line with HACCP policies and other safety measures.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greeting residents and their families in a warm and friendly manner and offering refreshments. Helping residents with drinks, while also allowing them to maintain their own independence (where possible).
  • Team Work: Working alongside the kitchen and lifestyles team to ensure the café is always clean and tidy and prepared for the day's events and functions.
  • Health & Safety: Guaranteeing the café/dining area is clean and tidy and to the standards of food safety hygiene policies.

Requirements

Working Pattern

The shift pattern for this role is 8am to 6pm or 8am to 2pm with alternative weekend work.
