Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet residents and their families warmly, offer refreshments, and support residents in enjoying beverages while encouraging independence where possible.
- Team Work: Collaborate with the kitchen and lifestyles teams to keep the café area clean, tidy, and ready for events and functions.
- Health & Safety: Maintain cleanliness of the café/dining area and adhere to food safety hygiene policies and standards.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hospitality with a strong background in customer service. We value enthusiasm, good communication, confidence, and the ability to engage with residents to make a positive impact on their lives.
