About The Role
As our Head Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the lives of residents at "The Residences," ensuring they experience the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times. You will be the direct point of contact for our residents, anticipating their needs, building strong relationships, and providing personalised services to enhance their quality of life.
What our Head Concierge does
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents of The Residences, delivering exemplary service with professionalism and warmth.
- Anticipate residents' requirements and needs, proactively addressing any requests or concerns to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate resident admissions, liaising with residents and relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition to The Residences.
- Build strong, professional relationships with residents, gaining an understanding of their preferences, interests, and life histories.
- Take ownership of resident requests, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution to exceed their expectations.
- Provide in-suite services such as resident deliveries, meal service, and maintaining stocked fridges.
- Oversee the dining experience, ensuring it meets the highest standards and caters to residents' preferences.
- Manage the bar service, serving food and drinks to residents with warmth and hospitality.
