About The Role
Are you a friendly, professional, and organised individual looking to make a positive impact in a care home setting? We invite you to join the Hallmark Care Homes family as a Receptionist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times. This role follows a two‑week rolling rota, working 12 hour shifts from 8am to 8pm. You’ll work three shifts per week, rotating as follows:
- Week 1: Monday, Saturday and Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
This pattern offers a balance of weekday and weekend shifts, with a predictable repeating schedule.

- Administrative Support: Assist the Business Administrator with various administrative tasks and support the Customer Relationship Manager with sales enquiries and home tours.
- Mail Management: Ensure residents receive their post promptly and prepare all outgoing mail daily.
- Training Coordination: Help coordinate training within the home, ensuring team members are aware of available courses and opportunities for development.
