Role

The Role: Registered Nurse
Join us as a Registered Nurse, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding clinical care to our residents. You will leverage robust clinical knowledge and exceptional people skills to elevate standards in relationship-centred care, clinical excellence, and dementia care across our home.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee clinical care, ensuring continuous assessment, planning, and evaluation.
  • Lead the clinical team, aligning them with the Hallmark vision and principles.
  • Contribute to regular audits of care plans to ensure they meet residents’ specific needs.
  • Foster effective communication with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications & What We’re Looking For

  • Outstanding individuals who embody our extraordinary team spirit.
  • Ethical professionals who always do things the right way, guided by our Charter.
  • Qualified RN/RGN/RMN with experience in delivering high-quality, relationship-centred care.
  • Knowledgeable in dementia care, passionate about making a difference.
  • The shift pattern is 8.00am to 8.15pm with alternative weekend working.
