Business Application Support – Central Support

To co-ordinate estates operations by managing requests, delivering procurement processes, and maintaining accurate asset tracking to support project success and financialintegrity.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Standardise SOPs (standard operating procedures) for each of the homes and CS applications / systems to ensure clear guidelines are in place to assist users and have one way of working
- Visiting and working with home teams members to ensure use of application
- Application support (incident triage, analysis, resolution and closure) and business support (working directly with team to address queries, provide reporting, perform risk assessments)
- Support IT strategy for strategic improvement initiatives
- Vendor management for 3rd party applications, which includes organising & participating in monthly service review meetings including agenda, minutes & tracking of action items
- Incident analysis and resolution which will require working with MSP and third-party vendors
- Manage IT training for new inductions into Hallmark Luxury Care Homes and roll out of changes within current platforms
- Produce and roll out training materials across the business with regards to basic IT skills, systems, though to Cyber Awareness Training and work closely with the Learning and Development Team.
- Proactively liaising and communicating to all stakeholders about notified changes and the impact
- Working with Stakeholders on the implementation of new initiatives and projects
- Work with Stakeholder on CAB (Change Authority Board) for changes to systems and the impact / risk changes may have
- Assist Management in setting budgets
- Support IT Manager with BAU activities
What we are looking for in you!
- ITIL would be a benefit to this role
- 3+ years’ experience in an IT administrator/support function role
- Self-starter who is detailed oriented, highly organised with strong problem solving, business analysis, communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Care Planning systems and their functionality is desirable but not essential
- Business, Technical, and Data Analysis skills
- Experience in application development and/or support
- Strong SharePoint skills would be an asset
- Contributing in a timely manner to procedures
- Delivering presentations to the senior management
- Worked closely with Senior IT and wider business stakeholders
- Application support, maintenance and implementation
- Review and analysis of business cases
