The Role: Clinical Lead Nurse
As a Clinical Lead Nurse with Hallmark Care Homes, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. From implementing rigorous safeguarding policies to overseeing care plans, your expertise will shape the delivery of compassionate and person‑centred care. You will have the freedom to make critical clinical decisions, mentor and inspire our care team, and drive continuous improvement in care delivery.
The Clinical Lead will be responsible for providing floor coverage as needed, leading and guiding the Clinical Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence, aligning clinical priorities with organisational objectives, emphasising safety, resident experience and sustainability, ensuring high standards of care are met in accordance with company policies and procedures, overseeing Clinical Governance to drive continuous improvement, demonstrating expertise in clinical practice, resident care and professionalism, and inspiring and motivating the Clinical Team to deliver high‑quality, relationship‑centred care.
Qualifications
- Registered Qualified Nurse with a valid PIN.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership/management experience within a care home environment.
- Level5 qualification or working towards achieving this to enable registration with Social Care Wales.
- Dementia qualification or experience caring for residents on a dementia journey (desirable).
