Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves bringing creative ideas to life, and isn\’t fazed by a bit of change? We\’re looking for a Visual Merchandiser to help shape how our customers experience our products in-store—making sure our ranges look great, feel relevant, and deliver commercially. You\’ll be part of a team that turns our creative vision into reality at store level, across all formats and channels. From everyday essentials to seasonal showstoppers, you\’ll help make sure our displays are spot on—visually inspiring, commercially smart, and always customer-first.
Responsibilities
- Using tools like Card Manager, Link 5 and CRM to build and deliver planograms for both everyday and seasonal ranges.
- Creating visual plans to support internal teams and external partners with sales analysis and product performance.
- Working closely with Product & Range Managers and other departments to align store-level plans before sign-off.
- Supporting the delivery of the Trade Plan through visual merchandising, system-driven builds and admin tasks.
- Keeping planning templates and tools up to date with the latest ranging principles.
- Managing the full planogram process—from build to system upload to stores.
- Leading cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment before store rollouts.
- Attending CDP meetings to flag risks, share progress and keep launches on track.
Qualifications
- Some hands-on experience in visual merchandising, ideally with exposure to store-level planning and admin.
- A good understanding of the retail landscape and what makes customers tick.
- A creative eye with a commercial mindset—you know how to make things look great and sell.
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Confidence using data and systems to inform decisions and tailor communications.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach—you don\’t wait for answers, you find them.
- Resilience and adaptability—you\’re comfortable with change and stay focused under pressure.
- Experience with Card Manager is a bonus, but not essential.
