We’re on the lookout for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team — a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves bringing products to life in store and making shopping feel simple, inspiring and easy for customers.
In this role, you’ll help turn our creative vision and commercial plans into clear, practical layouts that work brilliantly across all store formats. You’ll work with teams across the business to build accurate planograms, prepare store‑ready plans, and keep everything running smoothly from concept to launch.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Using planning tools like Card Manager, Link 5 and CRM to build planograms for Everyday and Seasonal ranges
- Creating visuals that support Product & Range Managers and Retail Merchandisers with insight and analysis
- Preparing accurate store-level plans and working with teams to get them signed off
- Supporting Trade Plan activity with templates, visuals and admin tasks
- Keeping planning tools and templates up to date and aligned with the latest ranging principles
- Building planograms end-to-end, right through to system loading to stores
- Leading cross‑functional meetings to keep everyone aligned ahead of launches
- Joining CDP meetings to flag risks, share progress and support smooth delivery

To be successful we’re looking for you to demonstrate:
- Experience in visual merchandising or a retail‑focused apprenticeship/degree
- Strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of shopper behaviour
- Confidence using retail software and a proactive approach to solving problems
- Excellent organisation skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to manage workloads, work to Critical Date Paths and hit deadlines
- Comfortable using data and insights to guide decisions
- Adaptability, resilience and a positive, collaborative attitude
- (Bonus) Experience with the Card Manager planogram system
