We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service & Admin Advisor to join our team — a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organised and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll support both customers and suppliers by handling queries, keeping our admin processes on track and helping us deliver a seamless service across our O2C (Order to Cash) and P2P (Purchase to Pay) activities. You’ll work closely with our O2C & P2P Controllers and wider Finance Shared Services team to make sure tasks are completed accurately, on time and always with a friendly, helpful approach.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Responding to customer and supplier queries by phone and email within agreed SLAs
- Processing customer and supplier documents quickly, accurately and in line with KPIs
- Completing a range of O2C & P2P admin tasks and ensuring process controls are followed
- Keeping policies and SOPs up to date and making sure they’re followed
- Working as part of the team to spot and support continuous improvement opportunities
- Helping create smooth, efficient admin processes that support both internal teams and external partners
