You will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of security solutions for our clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Installing and configuring CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, recording equipment, and network connections, based on client specifications and industry best practices.
  • Conducting routine maintenance to ensure CCTV systems are in optimal working condition. Identifying and resolving hardware, software, or network issues promptly. Planning and executing system upgrades as needed.
  • Investigating and resolving CCTV system malfunctions through detailed fault finding and diagnostic processes. Identifying and rectifying technical issues involving cameras, cables, monitors, power supplies, and network connections.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their evolving security needs and recommending appropriate system upgrades or enhancements. Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to source required components and implement system enhancements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of installed CCTV systems, including layout diagrams, system configurations, and maintenance schedules. Producing detailed reports regarding system performance, fault diagnosis, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Ensuring all installed CCTV systems comply with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as data protection and privacy laws.
