With state-of-the-art centres in Chester, North Wales, Warrington, Wilmslow, and Southport, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers while creating a dynamic and collaborative environment for our team.

We are seeking a full time Wheel Centre Administrator to join our team onsite in Warrington. You will efficiently handle customer repair requests, confirming pricing and payment methods, while ensuring top-notch customer service. Collaborating with the Wheel Centre Supervisor, you will help organise the workshop to maximise capacity and staff utilisation. The role also involves following up on enquiries to convert them into jobs and actively prospecting to maintain and grow the Wheel Centre's workload. Building strong relationships with internal departments, trade businesses, and retail customers will be key to your success in this position.
