Halliwell Jones is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Wilmslow centre. This full-time, onsite role involves managing service and repair requests efficiently while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling workshop operations
- Maintaining strong customer relationships
- Promoting additional products and services
- Providing clear updates on vehicle progress
- Explaining and issuing Vehicle Health Check reports
