Role Description
This full-time, on-site Service Advisor role involves handling customer service and repair requests efficiently and courteously to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will manage workshop scheduling to maximize capacity and oversee follow-ups and prospecting activities to maintain and grow business, including promoting accessories, tyres, and insurance products. As the main point of contact for service customers, you will provide updates on their vehicles and maintain strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will explain and issue Vehicle Health Check reports to customers, ensuring they understand their vehicle’s status and any recommended work.
