Halliwell Jones is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Wilmslow centre in a full-time, on-site role. As a key part of our aftersales team, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You\’ll manage service and repair bookings efficiently, provide timely updates on vehicle progress, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will also include issuing and explaining Vehicle Health Check reports, promoting our range of additional products and services, and building lasting customer relationships.
