With dealerships in Chester, North Wales, Warrington, Wilmslow, and Southport, we are committed to delivering outstanding customer service while offering excellent benefits to our valued team members.
We are looking for a full-time candidate to join our team at Chester as a Parts Advisor. The role involves meeting all customer requirements and driving growth across all aspects of the parts business through direct selling. You will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of all procedures within the Parts Department and ensure that these are followed consistently to maintain a high standard of service. Your contributions will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction and expanding the parts business.
Skills:
- Parts experience with BMW or a prestige centre
- Strong vehicle knowledge, particularly with BMW or a prestige centre
- Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
- Experience reporting to Senior Managers and Heads of Business
- Ability to professionally communicate the company’s products and services
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with the ability to use initiative
- Computer literate, including proficiency in Word packages and Drive
