Role Description
As a Contact Centre Agent at Halliwell Jones, you will handle inbound service calls, assist with bookings, and address customer enquiries. You\’ll also make outbound calls to promote offers, follow up on services, and enhance customer engagement. A key aspect of the role is maximising revenue by upselling products and services while effectively managing objections. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proactive attitude are essential to delivering excellent service and driving business growth. This is full time role, based on site in Warrington.
