Role Description

We are seeking a maternity cover for our Bodyshop Advisor position at our brand new Wilmslow centre. The role involves efficiently handling customer vehicle repair requests, confirming payment methods, and organising workshop workload to ensure optimal use of capacity and staff. You will also be responsible for customer follow-up, prospecting to maintain and grow work volume, and building strong relationships with engineers and insurance companies.

Skills

• Knowledge of Drive invoicing
• Strong customer service and organisational skills
• Experience in cash credit control
• Excellent administrative abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong teamwork skills
