With dealerships in Chester, North Wales, Warrington, Wilmslow, and Southport, we are committed to delivering outstanding customer service while offering excellent benefits to our valued team members.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Warrington centre. You will be responsible for carrying out service, diagnostic, and repair work efficiently and competently. The position requires completing repair orders to manufacturer standards, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately recorded, including service check sheets, battery test reports, and printouts from manufacturer diagnostic equipment when required. The role demands attention to detail to maintain the highest quality of workmanship while adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Skills:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification
- Strong technical knowledge and passion for automotive technology
- Highly skilled in fault diagnosis
- Ability to deliver first-time fixes and meet customer satisfaction
