As our Group Facilities Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our buildings, workshops, offices, and external areas, ensuring everything is safe and fully operational. From overseeing compliance and contractor performance to managing budgets and delivering site improvements, no two days are the same.

Your Responsibilities:

  • To take full ownership of the Group’s physical estate, ensuring all buildings, utilities, safety systems and infrastructure are legally compliant, operationally reliable, cost-effective and fit for business use.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of UK building and safety compliance.
  • Excellent contractor and supplier management.
  • Financial and budget control skills.
  • Project management and problem-solving ability.
  • Clear and excellent communication and ability to challenge when required.
  • Hold a Full clean driving licence.
