About the role: Here at Halliwell Jones (Chester) Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety and Support Administrator. The position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic facility consisting of an impressive, modernised Aftersales Centre and Bodyshop and BMW and MINI Sales. We provide ongoing training and development together with great career progression opportunities. This is a permanent position working 25 hours per week, with flexibility to spread the hours across 3 to 5 days. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays AND your birthday off! We endeavour to look after our staff by operating an Employee Car Scheme. The scheme is dependent on production and availability of cars which comply with the Scheme rules.

Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring the company's compliance with health and safety law and providing the Head of Business with updates and Health and Safety related issues. This will involve both desk-based monitoring as well as on site visits.
- Responsible for managing the training target for all brands making sure the relevant courses and accommodation are booked in line with annual targets. Alongside line management team.
- Responsible for assisting alongside the management teams the fortnightly walkarounds and reporting defects to the central support team, monitor and progress defects and any housekeeping and health and safety related matters.
- Assisting with general administration alongside the management team to enable audit trails to be carried out. Example Stock checks and regular checks audited weekly / fortnightly / monthly. Credit card receipts and debtors to be ran through and sent to relevant MA.
