- Your Responsibilities
To lead and develop the marketing strategy across all Halliwell Jones brands, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, retention and revenue growth.
The role is responsible for delivering data‑led marketing initiatives, enhancing the Group's digital presence, maximising return on investment and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all marketing touchpoints.
Working collaboratively across Sales, Aftersales, Digital, Customer and operational teams, the Group Marketing Manager will identify opportunities to strengthen market position, support business performance and embrace emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in senior marketing leadership, ideally within automotive retail or a multi‑site consumer business.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link marketing activity to business performance.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, analytics, websites and emerging technologies.
- Experience managing multiple brands, locations, stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
