What we're looking for

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working as a technician within a franchised dealership (BYD experience preferred).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Passionate about automotive technology and the BYD brand.
  • Professional, reliable and customer focused.
  • Committed to continuous learning and development.

  • Full UK driving licence.
