Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Sales Executives to achieve agreed activity, profit, and customer satisfaction targets in line with budget, BMW UK performance goals, and company standards.
  • Capture and record all prospect details in the CRM/Drive system, ensuring follow‑up within 24 hours to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations, from greeting to closing, and maintain expert knowledge of BMW Financial Services and insurance products.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Produce accurate sales reports, forecasts, and financial documentation, ensuring all vehicle funds are cleared prior to handover.
  • Manage test‑drive and key‑security procedures, keeping demonstrator vehicles clean, secure, and ready for use.
  • Process financial settlements and documentation in line with compliance standards, offering professional advice on finance packages.
