Basic Salary: £25,000 + £24,914 commissionable earnings + Employee Car Scheme (subject to eligibility criteria)

Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed sales targets for new BMW vehicles within set financial guidelines.
- Engage with customers, capture key contact details, and follow up within 24 hours to provide a first-class buying experience.
- Contribute to innovation – Play an active role in shaping sales strategies, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain full compliance with all financial and FCA regulations.
