  • Your Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and service BMW and MINI vehicles to manufacturer standards.
  • Deliver exceptional technical expertise within a premium automotive environment.
  • Carry out vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs efficiently and accurately.
  • Use diagnostic equipment and technology to identify and resolve faults.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Contribute to outstanding customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain BMW brand standards and uphold the company's commitment to excellence.

What we're looking for

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working as a Technician within a franchised dealership (BMW experience and certification preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with BMW diagnostic systems (e. g., ISTA, Autologic).
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Passionate about automotive technology and the BMW Brand.
  • Professional, reliable and customer focused.
  • Committed to continuous learning and development
  • Team- oriented with a proactive and flexible approach.
