Overview
We are a small London-based criminal defence law firm seeking an experienced Legal Practice Manager to support the smooth running of our practice. In this role you will take ownership of the day to day operations and administrative functions of the firm and manage a variety of aspects of the business including human resources, compliance, finance and facilities. This is a hands on role in a small law firm, best suited for someone with prior law firm experience who is excited to roll up their sleeves and who enjoys a varied workload.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a law firm in a practice management or senior admin role
- Demonstrable project management experience and communication skills
- Excellent organisational, attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Professional English fluency

The Process
Closing date for this role is 31 January 2026. Successful candidates will be contacted to arrange an initial 30 mins Zoom interview during the first week of February. Those successful beyond that stage will be invited to meet with Namita at the office in person along with the team.
