What you’ll do
- Working across a broad range of banking transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance
- Working on a mix of regional, national and international transactions
- Supporting partners on complex matters whilst supervising and developing junior lawyers
- Drafting and leading on the negotiation of principal finance documents.
- Playing a key role in transaction management, helping to drive deals forward efficiently and collaboratively
- Starting to build meaningful client relationships and support business development initiatives, contributing to the continued growth of the team
- Collaborating closely within a high-performing team and the wider national practice
