Halliday Marx have partnered with an exceptional and international accounting firm to hire a Personal Tax Manager on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, including HNWIs, directors, and trusts
  • Review and sign off self-assessment tax returns
  • Provide tax planning advice on income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax
  • Identify tax-saving opportunities and support clients with proactive planning
  • Oversee and mentor junior members of the tax team
  • Liaise directly with clients, building strong long-term relationships
  • Handle HMRC enquiries and investigations
  • Work collaboratively with partners on complex advisory projects

Requirements:

  • CTA / ACA qualified (or equivalent)
  • 5 years + Personal Tax experience within practice
  • Confident
  • Outstanding communication skills
