Payroll/Ops Team Lead Accountant
40k-45k + 10% bonus
Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 from home)

Responsibilities
- Overview of new placements to ensure they're set up properly in accordance with our SOX requirements
- Monitoring operational and financial change requests and supporting the order to cash team
- Establishing and executing the milestone billing process, including obtaining relevant client approvals from the sales team
- Streamlining the time entry and approval processes across various clients
- Managing contractor expenses processing
- Reconciling contractor pay and invoicing as part of payment run and period end close
- Shared inbox monitoring
- Internal/external audit support
- Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Experience within payroll and billing and accounts payable.
- Experience within professional services or a recruitment would be a huge advantage
- Experience supervising or leading teams
- Outstanding communication skills
